This is what the card looks like before I punched the cut pieces out. Depending on the intensity of the laser the pieces just fell out, but with the gray I didn’t want burn marks so I had to turn down the intensity and it made it a little harder to punch out. The laser can create the finest details by cutting along bezier curves that I created in illustrator. I had so much fun making these and now I have a huge list of things I want to do with a laser cutter.
