A woman took a photo of her cervix every day for an entire menstrual cycle. She used a plastic speculum and the macro setting of a digital camera. It could be considered graphic so go here if you would like to see it.

Interestingly, the illustrator who did these pieces is not a trained medical artist. They are made with watercolor and gauche on illustration board. The technique is beautiful, especially on the lungs. His website has a vast array of set design, sculpture, illustration, painting, and logo designs.

A graduate of UIC’s Biomedical Visualization Program, Esther Pulley, has created a blog, OSIRIX IMAGING with tutorials, articles, and a couple of interviews with medical artists who use OsiriX. It is a really great reference.
